Heads of organizations often want their subordinates to appreciate and honour them. However, this appreciation and honour must begin from the head downwards. Loyalty is like _the precious ointment UPON THE HEAD, that RAN DOWN upon the beard, even Aaron's beard, that WENT DOWN to the skirts of his garments._ (PS 133:2) It is the duty of the head of an organization (church or business) to make everyone feel important and appreciated. This is one of the most important ways to be loyal to the people who work for you.
